How do I book a party?
Call American Bouncers at 440-439-2805. Please include date, time and number
of guest. Our party consultants will contact your to confirm the date and
time.
How far in advance should I book the party?
Sat and Sunday party times fill up fast. To get the date you want, it is
advisable to call one to two months in advance to reserve your party.
However, we do try to accomodate even the most immediate need with an
available time slot.
How many guest can I have?
Our packages are priced according to the number of guest (children). Each
additional child over the party package reserved cost $10.00 per additional
child. Our party room can accommodate upto 35 children.
What if I have more guest than the package I
booked?
We will gladly provide a one package courtesy upgrade upto 72 hours in
advance of your party. (i.e. If you booked a Sparkler (10) guest
package, you can upgrade to the Firecracker (15) guest package.) We do not
upgrade any party packages the day of the event. Each additional child over
the package allotment is $10.00 per child.
What if I have less guess than the package I
booked?
Once you make your reservation, the package chosen is your base party
package. While we understand it is difficult to know precisely how many
guest your child may have, we offer the one package courtesy upgrade. It is
reccomended to book a little bit conservatively.
What if my guest don't show and/or I have
less than the number reserved?
We do not adjust the packages downward once the reservations have been made
(i.e. If you booked a Fire Cracker (15) and only 10 children showed, you
still pay for a party 15.). If you are uncomfortable with the larger
package, we suggest you book a size smaller and pay the difference the day
of the party. However, if you find that you are going to have several more
than your package size, please call us in advance so we can be sure there is
adequate staff for your event.
When do you need to know the number of guest
attending the party?
We will call the monday before the party to get a headcount, as well as to
find out what the theme is for the party and the toppings for the pizzas. If
you want any additional pizzas or other food for the event, be sure to
mention that while confirming all the party details. The absolute last day
to make confirmation of party details is wednesday before your party.
If I have reserved a party, may I bring in food?
Your cake is welcomed. However, no other outside food or beverage is
are allowed without the permission of American Bouncers. We understand there
are some severe food allergies or special religious obligations that must be
adhered to and we make all reasonable attempts to accommodate those special
circumstances. There is a $25.00 surcharge if food and beverage is brought
in without the permission of American Bouncers.
Do you serve the food?
American Bouncers want to take the stress out of your day, so we prepare and
serve the food, drink and cake. We ask that the adults sit back and enjoy
their child's day. For your employee's benefit, we ask that the adults stay
to the side or wait in the lobby area as we are serving to give ample room
to take care of your guests.
Who needs socks?
Everyone! No shoes are allowed in the arena area and anyone entering this
area must have socks, adults included. Socks are available for purchase at
the front desk for $1.00.
Is my deposit refundable?
No. When you make your party reserveration, the deposit is non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule your event, you have up to one year to reschedule
your event from the original party date.
If we have reservations, how soon can we arrive?
You may arrive fifteen (15) minutes prior to your scheduled party time. If
you have decorations to set-up, we ask that you drop these off during open
bounce times if possible or to arrive in enough time before the party so
that the American Bouncers staff can set-up your decorations. It usually is
not a problem to bring the decorations with you if your party is later in
the date.
What happens if we arrive late or have guests arrive
late?
You will have two (2) hours starting at the time requested when your booked
the party. Because of our party schedule, it is not possible to extend the
party time because of other parties that may be starting behind your event.
Can we return to the Arena after we eat?
No. In order to keep the arena clean and keep our parties on schedule, we
ask that you adhere to our party program.
What if we do not want pizza at my party, just cake?
While we realize that some children do not like or can not have pizza; we do
not adjust our prices for no food. The party package amount would remain the
same.
What should children wear?
Socks are required.
We suggest the party mom bring extra socks in case someone forgets them.
Clothes with zippers and belts are not permitted as they may puncture the
inflatables. Nylon pants go extra fast down the slides!
Are waivers required?
Waivers are required for all children entering the
arena. Parents must sign the waiver BEFORE the children are allowed to play.

Can adults play on the inflatables?
Yes! We encourage parents to plau and have fun
with their children. Adults are able to play with their children on the
inflatables and insure that their children follow the safety rules. Parents
must wear socks and need to remove watches and other sharp objects.
Are inflatables safe for infants?
No. Babies under 1 year old should not be on
inflatables. Parents must monitor any child that is under the age of 2 years
and younger while at American Bouncers.
Who is allowed to enter the American Bouncers
arena?
American Bouncers is designed for children 2 years
and up. No child may enter unless accompanied by an adult. No adults are
allowed to enter without a child.
